Mithra M Anil

I am an RCI licensed Clinical Psychologist with a B.Sc., M.Sc., and M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology. I have received specialized training in psychological assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based psychotherapy. My academic and clinical training has equipped me to work with individuals experiencing a range of psychological difficulties including depression, anxiety disorders, adjustment issues, and personality-related concerns. I have experience in conducting psychological assessments, case formulation, and providing therapeutic interventions using approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and supportive psychotherapy. I am committed to promoting mental health and psychological well-being through ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based clinical practice. My focus is on helping individuals develop adaptive coping skills, enhance emotional regulation, and improve overall psychological functioning.
