As a licensed Clinical Psychologist, I provide psychological assessment and therapy for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing truamatic experiences with emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges. My therapeutic approach integrates Trauma-Informed approach with Narrative Therapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)-based techniques. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, develop coping strategies, and work toward meaningful personal growth and well-being.
