As a listener, my focus is on creating a space where people feel genuinely heard and understood without fear of judgment. I approach conversations with empathy, patience, and curiosity, helping individuals express what they may be struggling to put into words. Where helpful, I may also share grounding or coping strategies that can support emotional regulation in difficult moments. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Ramanarain Ruia Autonomous College, Mumbai. My training has included clinical exposure in hospital, school, and child-care settings where I conducted case histories, Mental Status Examinations (MSE), and psychological assessments such as IQ testing. Professionally, I work as a Consultant Psychologist at Energia SOI, where I provide counselling and psychological support to children, adolescents, and adults experiencing emotional, behavioural, and academic difficulties. My work also involves collaborating with schools and conducting psychoeducational sessions for parents and educators. In my therapeutic work, I integrate approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), along with practical techniques like grounding strategies, gradual exposure, and emotional regulation exercises to help individuals manage distress and build healthier coping patterns.
