Tugce Zeynep Artunay

Hello, I am Tugce. I am a psychology graduate from Koc University and hold an MSc in Clinical Child Psychology from Anglia Ruskin University. I have experience working across early years, clinical, and child and adolescent mental health settings in both Turkey and the United Kingdom, supporting children, young people, and families with a range of emotional and behavioural difficulties. I work with children, adolescents, and parents who may be experiencing anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, low mood, behavioural challenges, school-related stress, low self-esteem, and relationship or attachment-related concerns. My approach is integrative and draws primarily on CBT-informed and Theraplay®-informed principles. I aim to offer a safe, reflective, and collaborative space where children, young people, and parents feel supported in understanding and managing their difficulties. I offer sessions in both English and Turkish.
