About

I am a qualified counsellor and trainee psychologist working with adults, children, and young people who may be experiencing a range of emotional and psychological difficulties. These can include anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship challenges, stress, and low self-esteem. I also support individuals who may find it difficult to name exactly what they are struggling with but know that something in their life does not feel quite right. My approach to therapy is integrative and person-centred, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed practice. This allows me to tailor each session to your individual needs. At times this may involve a more structured and practical approach, while at other times it may offer a reflective, non-directive space to explore your thoughts and feelings more openly. Therapy is always offered at your own pace, within a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment grounded in curiosity, respect, and understanding. I believe that healing often happens through supportive and trusting relationships. We are not meant to navigate life’s challenges alone. I work collaboratively with clients to create a space where you can explore your experiences, make sense of difficult emotions, and move towards meaningful and lasting change. I am a BACP-registered practitioner and am currently undertaking doctoral training as part of my ongoing professional development. I am deeply committed to supporting people through difficult periods in their lives and consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients during times of growth, healing, and self-discovery.
