Joana Silva

I'm a clinical psychologist with a master's degree in Clinical Systemic and Health Psychology from the University of Coimbra. I have experience in clinical intervention with children, adolescents, and adults, as well as in the field of education. My passion is working with people so they can better understand themselves, in order to become happier and more fulfilled. As a professional, my goal is to help people navigate their relationships and feelings, increasing their self-esteem, autonomy, and emotional well-being.
