As a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with an MA in counselling, my area of practice is with individuals and couples. I'm passionate about assisting you to navigate life’s challenges to find the path that is based on your strengths, and inner capacities. I bring years of experience providing mental health services and have dedicated my career to empowering clients to discover their strengths, cultivate resilience, and heal through transformative therapeutic connection. I have specific training in Bowen Family Systems and Narrative Therapy. My therapeutic approach is based on each person, and I see that space as a sacredness to be honoured through well informed practice. I draw from a diverse range of psychological frameworks, including Systemic Therapy, Narrative, Cognitive-Behavior
