I am a Counselling Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Psychology, specialising in Clinical Psychology. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, stress, trauma, and emotional regulation difficulties. My approach is integrative and evidence based, drawing from CBT, trauma informed frameworks, attachment based perspectives, and mindfulness oriented practices. I believe therapy is not just about symptom relief, but about understanding patterns, building insight, and developing healthier ways of relating to yourself and others. I aim to create a safe, supportive, and non judgmental space where you feel heard and respected. At the same time, I gently challenge unhelpful patterns and help you develop practical coping strategies that create meaningful change in daily life. My work focuses on emotional awareness, resilience building, self esteem, and navigating life transitions with greater clarity and confidence.
