I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist (Gold medalist) with over seven years of clinical experience. I am proficient in assessment, diagnosis and treatment of all mental and behavioural disorders for children, adolescents and adults in both in-person and telepsychology modes. I am well-versed in evidence-based therapies such as CBT, ACT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Relapse Prevention, Cognitive Retraining, Behavioural Skills Training, to name a few. I have extensive experience in the management of both severe mental illnesses and chronic mental disorders and work along with Psychiatrists for patient management.
