I am a BACP-accredited integrative counsellor with an MSc in Counselling and experience providing therapy in both private practice and EAP settings. I offer a flexible, client-centred approach, drawing on person-centred principles alongside CBT-informed and trauma-informed practice, and have supported clients with a wide range of common mental heath challenges including anxiety, depression, stress, grief, and trauma.
