As a counselling psychologist i have experience working with concerns like bipolar disorder, hyper sexuality, anxiety, depression, social anxiety, work related stress, grief, LGBTQIA’s+ and relationship issues. I’ve been practising independent counselling for past 1 year along side giving tuitions for psychology to class 12th and undergraduate students. I’m trained in therapeutic approaches including CBT, DBT, Person-centred approach, gestalt therapy, psychoanalytic therapy, ACT and humanistic approach.
