I am a psychotherapist working with young adults and adults, supporting clients experiencing depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and a range of other mental health difficulties. I have clinical experience in hospital settings, where I worked for six months with diverse psychiatric presentations, and I have also gained experience working with individuals struggling with addiction. My therapeutic approach is integrative, with particular interest in: Psychodynamic therapy Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) Dialectical approaches (DBT-informed work) Existential and humanistic psychotherapy I am especially drawn to psychodynamic and existential work, as I believe understanding early relational patterns, unconscious processes, and meaning-making is essential for deep and lasting change. I aim to create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where clients feel understood and supported. I am currently completing my Master's degree in Psychology at Liverpool John Moores University, which continues to deepen my clinical knowledge, ethical awareness, and research-informed practice. I am known for my ability to build strong therapeutic relationships, approach clients with empathy and attunement, and support them in developing insight, emotional regulation, and self-compassion.
