About

Integrative I’m a counselling psychologist, and at the core of my work is creating a safe, supportive space where people feel genuinely seen and understood. I’m very aware that coming to therapy can feel daunting, and that sometimes people don’t have a clear sense of what’s wrong—and I see that as completely valid. I take a person-centred, relational approach, and I place a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship. I’m interested not just in the difficulties someone brings, but in the whole person and their context. From there, I work collaboratively, tailoring therapy to each individual rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model. I’ve trained and worked for over ten years across a range of settings in Ireland and the UK, including the HSE, NHS, charity and private services. I’ve worked with children, adolescents and adults, and I’ve had particular experience in areas such as trauma, addiction and substance misuse, and chronic health conditions. Overall, my aim is to help people make sense of what they’re experiencing, create meaningful change, and, where possible, heal aspects of the past in a way that feels paced and compassionate.”
