About

I am a Counselling Psychologist with an M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology and formal training in evidence-based psychological interventions. I work with adolescents and adults who may be experiencing stress, anxiety, low mood, relationship concerns, self-esteem difficulties, or emotional challenges that affect their daily functioning and overall well-being. My therapeutic approach primarily integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with humanistic principles. I believe that therapy works best in a space where individuals feel heard, respected, and understood. I aim to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. Together, we work toward developing healthier coping strategies, gaining deeper self-awareness, and building practical tools to manage challenges more effectively. Through my training and clinical experience, I have had the opportunity to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with a range of psychological concerns. My focus is not only on addressing current difficulties but also on helping individuals build resilience, strengthen emotional regulation, and improve their overall quality of life. I view therapy as a collaborative process where the client’s experiences, values, and goals guide the direction of the work. My role is to provide psychological insight, structured techniques, and compassionate support to help clients move toward meaningful change. If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking for a space to understand yourself better, I aim to offer a professional and supportive environment where you can begin that journey.
