Hello Im Shikha licensed Rehabilitation Psychologist with experience in both clinical and educational sector, I specialise in hands-on experience in assessing and treating individuals both children and young adults between the ages 3-25 years with Autism, ADHD, Learning Disability, behavioral issues, anxiety, stress and depression. I have recently started working for employee well being as well, where I help both employee and organization for better growth and productivity at workplace. Acquired expertise in vocational counselling, crisis intervention, and program evaluation. My work involves a holistic approach with compassion, empathy and respect for courage that takes to show up for therapy. I try creating a safe space where you can come up with any of your concerns which we both the therapy process and resolve .
