I am a dedicated Child and Adolescent Psychologist with nearly two years of professional experience working with children and young individuals across diverse developmental and emotional needs. My practice focuses on supporting behavioral challenges, academic difficulties, emotional regulation, and social skills through evidence-based and child-centered approaches. I have experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), learning difficulties, and gifted profiles. This exposure has helped me develop a flexible and individualized approach, recognizing that each child has unique strengths, sensitivities, and ways of understanding the world. I provide psychoeducation sessions and practical guidance to parents, helping them better understand their child’s needs and equipping them with effective strategies to support development at home and in everyday situations. I also offer counselling support for adolescents, addressing emotional concerns such as stress, self-esteem, peer relationships, and academic pressure. My approach integrates empathy, collaboration, and neuroaffirmative practices, with a focus on building resilience, independence, and self-awareness. Through my work, I aim to support not just the child, but the entire support system around them, fostering positive, sustainable growth and overall well-being.
