I deliver a tailored approach to suit each client's unique needs. Because you are the expert in your own life, I treat the person in front of me—not just a set of symptoms or challenges. It is vital to me that throughout our work together, you feel seen, heard, and understood. I work with clients presenting with a wide variety of mental health concerns, such as grief & loss, phone/social media addiction, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, body dysmorphia, and unhealthy relationships with food. I have extensive experience in supporting clients through life changes, for example, perimenopause & menopause, divorce, and separation. I am trained in couples counselling using somatic family therapy. I am an online & telephone-certified counsellor and an Accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I follow a set of ethical principles and guidelines that underpin my practice. I maintain and enhance the quality of my work through regular supervision and continued professional development.
