Lorenzo Manfredi

I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist based in Italy, specializing in anxiety disorders, mood disorders, eating disorders, and emotional regulation difficulties. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), integrated with strategic and constructivist models. I provide evidence-based, structured, and goal-oriented interventions tailored to each individual’s needs. I am currently completing my postgraduate training in Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy, further deepening my expertise in clinical assessment and therapeutic intervention. My work focuses on helping individuals develop practical tools to manage distress, improve self-awareness, and build long-term psychological resilience within a supportive and collaborative therapeutic relationship.
