About

Hi, I am Nadinne, an experienced psychotherapist, founder of a trauma therapy centre, PhD researcher with expertise in trauma supporting clients to feel regulated and connected to live life fully. Perhaps you're feeling trapped or blocked by the past, confused knowing there must be more to life but feeling stuck in survival. Maybe you feel in the depths of despair with feelings of stress, depression, anxiety or recently grieving from a bereavement, or experiencing a loss of meaning in your life. You know changes need to be made and seeking a space to work through your process to find greater balance, meaning to life, allowing you to really live your life fully. Trauma does not only live in memory; it lives in the nervous system and body. Alongside talking therapy, I work somatically, supporting nervous system regulation and helping you understand how experiences are held physically and emotionally. I also integrate creativity where helpful, allowing processing and expression beyond words. I have extensive experience working with CEOs, leaders of not-for-profits, global brands, and individuals within the creative and music industries supporting high-capacity people who may appear successful externally while struggling internally. My approach combines trauma-informed Western psychology with PhD doctoral research exploring trauma beyond individualistic models, informed by learning from non-Western and indigenous perspectives. Clients often begin feeling dysregulated or stuck in survival mode. Over time, they experience greater clarity, emotional balance, stronger boundaries, a calmer nervous system, a deeper connection with themselves and with others experiencing healthier relationships and a deeper sense of self-trust and direction to live a more meaningful and fulfilling life. Reaching out can feel like a big step. Therapy offers a space where you don’t have to carry things alone.
