About

I am a BACP-registered integrative psychotherapist with experience delivering structured 1-to-1 therapy to adults experiencing anxiety, depression, chronic stress, burnout, emotional dysregulation, LGBTQ issues, bereavement, identity-related challenges and more. I exclusively work online via secure video platforms and am confident building strong therapeutic alliances in digital spaces. My approach integrates humanistic foundations with CBT-informed interventions, including cognitive restructuring, behavioural activation, psychoeducation and emotional regulation strategies. I work collaboratively with clients to develop personalised therapy plans, regularly monitoring progress and adjusting interventions to ensure therapy remains meaningful, relational and well-paced. Across my practice, I have observed significant measurable improvements in clients’ emotional wellbeing. For example, clients consistently report reductions in anxiety and stress levels, improved coping strategies, enhanced work–life balance, and increased confidence in personal and professional domains. Many have successfully achieved their therapeutic goals within 8–12 sessions, demonstrating meaningful, sustainable change and improved resilience in varied contexts. I have supported clients with many presentations including but not limited to workplace stress, perfectionism, low self-worth, relationship difficulties and disordered coping behaviours. I am experienced in conducting risk assessments remotely, maintaining safeguarding procedures, and keeping accurate, confidential digital session notes in line with professional and ethical standards. Delivering therapy online has strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, attune to subtle emotional cues via video, and create psychological safety within virtual spaces. I maintain strong clinical boundaries while providing warm, structured, evidence-based care tailored to each client’s needs. I am committed to ethical practice, ongoing supervision and professional development, and I value digital platforms that allow clients to access accessible, high-quality mental health support efficiently.
