Rumi Singh

I am an accredited Social Worker with a Master of Social Work (Qualifying), a current membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), and over 4 years of experience working as a social worker in mental health settings. Throughout my professional experience, I have delivered a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and trauma-informed practice. In my roles at Mallee Domestic Violence Services, Latrobe Community Health Services, and Telstra Health, I worked with diverse and complex client groups, including victim-survivors of family violence and sexual assault. My work required high levels of clinical judgement, crisis intervention, safety planning, and culturally sensitive practice.
