Shrishti Sen

I am a clinical psychology postgraduate and practicing psychologist with experience across school counseling, child rehabilitation, research, workshop coordination, and academic content development. My training includes work in clinical assessment, session observation, documentation, intervention planning, psychoeducation, and collaborative care. I currently serve as a school counselor, where I conduct initial screenings, identify students requiring emotional, behavioral, or academic support, design individualized intervention plans, and provide psychoeducation to teachers, students, and parents. In previous roles, I have worked as a clinical psychology intern in rehabilitation and well-being settings, where I observed therapy sessions, documented clinical insights, supported follow-up planning, and contributed to family-centered care. I have also coordinated and managed workshops and masterclasses in psychology and mental health, strengthened my skills in communication, organization, and backend operations, and contributed to the development of educational resources and research-based content. My academic background includes a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, along with research work on emotional intelligence, self-concept, self-criticism, and social media addiction. I value empathetic listening, ethical practice, and culturally sensitive support, and I enjoy learning about human behavior, literature, and evidence-based approaches to well-being. I also bring strong skills in teamwork, time management, report writing, and clinical documentation, which help me work effectively in both academic and applied settings. I am committed to continuous learning and to using psychology in ways that are practical, compassionate, and impactful. Through my work, I aim to promote understanding, emotional well-being, and practical support for individuals, families, and communities.
