I believe that therapy is a sacred space of empathy and deep listening. My practice is rooted in Analytical Psychology, where we work together to navigate the complexities of the human experience. I am currently in a period of academic deepening, moving through a specialization to bring even more clinical depth and nuance to our shared sessions. In my approach, I invite a subtle integration of art therapy and symbolic expression. Sometimes, our deepest emotions lack the words to describe them; by utilizing creative tools and techniques like Sandplay, writing and journaling, active imagination and dream analysis we allow these internal narratives to take shape and find a path toward healing. Whether we connect via video or chat, my goal is to provide an accessible, welcoming, and culturally sensitive environment for children, adolescents, and adults.
