About

I’m a trauma-informed, integrative psychologist specialising in attachment, identity development, and nervous system regulation. I hold a Master’s degree in the Psychology of Mental Health and Wellbeing (BPS Accredited). I work with adults and adolescents who feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in repeating relational patterns, or shaped by early experiences that still echo in their present lives. My approach is grounded in attachment and developmental psychology, informed by nervous system science and depth-oriented psychology. Anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout are not isolated problems to be managed, but meaningful adaptations — patterns that once helped you survive environments where safety or attunement may not have been consistent. My postgraduate research explored how early attachment patterns — particularly those marked by emotional misattunement or inconsistency — become woven into adult identity, shaping over-responsibility, performance-based self-worth, emotional suppression, and relational anxiety. It deepened my focus on how distress often reflects the long-term cost of survival strategies — and how reflective, relational, and embodied work can support meaningful shifts in identity, emotional regulation, and relational patterns. This is not quick-fix therapy. It's trauma-informed, depth-oriented psychotherapy that explores unconscious patterns and deep-rooted emotional dynamics. My work bridges psychology, somatic practice, and nervous system regulation with grounded spiritual insight—offering a holistic approach that honors the connection between mind, body, and lived experience. As deeper patterns shift, symptoms often soften naturally. I work particularly well with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional intensity, boundary difficulties, or a sense of disconnection from themselves — especially those who feel exhausted by carrying too much for too long. My aim isn’t simply to help you cope better, but to help you build a new, steadier, more authentic relationship with yourself. I practise with strong ethical integrity, confidentiality, and deep respect for each person’s cultural, relational, and personal context.
