Akshdeep Singh

I am a psychologist with a Master's degree in Psychology and experience in mental health services and addiction treatment. My approach focuses on creating a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive space where individuals can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges. I work with individuals experiencing concerns related to anxiety, depression, stress, and substance use and addiction. My professional experience includes providing individual counselling, addiction treatment and support, facilitating group sessions, and conducting psychoeducational interventions. I have also facilitated training sessions for government school teachers on mental health awareness and understanding substance use, helping educators better support the well-being of students.
