Jasmeen Kaur

As an RCI-registered Clinical Psychologist, I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families across a range of emotional, behavioural, and psychological concerns. Drawing from evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, trauma-informed therapy, and attachment-focused interventions, I provide compassionate, culturally sensitive care tailored to each individual's unique experiences. Alongside clinical practice, I am deeply engaged in mental health education, supervision, policy advocacy, and child protection, helping build safer, psychologically informed systems across schools, organisations, and communities.
