I am an accredited Counsellor, CBT and EMDR therapist with over 15 years experience working in public, private and corporate settings. I have a wealth of knowledge and experience working with common and complex mental health conditions. I have specialist interest in trauma and complex trauma and have Masters degrees in both Psychology and CBT. I am a warm, compassionate, and caring therapist. I work with you the person and will ensure therapy is tailored specifically to you and your needs.
