I am a fully qualified psychotherapist offering therapy informed by a variety approaches including Person Centred, Humanistic, Psychodynamic, IFS, SFBT and somatic approaches such as polyvagal therapy. I work with a many issues including anxiety, abuse, grief, trauma. I provide both long term and short term counselling to adults and couples. I offer a safe space where healing becomes possible where I will be there with you every step of the way.
