I'm a licensed counselor, teacher, and psychometrician with a Master's Degree in Counseling trained with CBT/DBT approaches and completed L1P1 of Solution-Focused Brief Therapy training. For 12 years, l've worked in the educational setting supporting students from elementary through graduate levels, helping them navigate academic and personal challenges.
