I am a BACP-registered therapist offering a collaborative and compassionate approach to therapy. My work is relational, person-centred, and informed by humanistic values that recognise each person’s individuality and lived experience. I have a degree in Psychology and my post graduate training included integrating coaching into counselling practice so depending on whether my clients want to work in a more solution focussed way or keep things open ended, this can be accommodated.
