I am a trained Counselling Psychologist with specialized experience in child and adolescent guidance, behavioral support, and school-based mental health services. With a strong academic foundation in Counselling Psychology and structured clinical training, I have worked across school and hospital settings supporting children, adolescents, and young adults facing emotional, behavioral, academic, and adjustment-related challenges. My professional exposure includes conducting individual counselling sessions, behavioural observations, case history documentation, and assisting in psychological assessments. I have worked with concerns such as anxiety, stress, depressive symptoms, learning difficulties, behavioural issues, trauma-related concerns, and social-emotional regulation challenges. In school environments, I collaborate closely with teachers and parents to design supportive strategies that promote students’ emotional well-being and academic functioning. In hospital and clinical settings, I have supported therapeutic interventions under supervision, maintaining ethical standards, confidentiality, and accurate documentation. I believe in creating psychologically safe spaces where children and adolescents feel heard, respected, and understood.
