Trials we face in life can be overwhelming and isolating, but counseling can serve as your safe space to process difficult emotions, reflect on life challenges, and grow through them. It is my goal as your counselor to help you feel less alone during this process, sitting with you through sadness, anger, joy, and all the other emotions that may arise. As you go through counseling you will have the opportunity to gain more acceptance for things that cannot be changed and make a commitment towards living a life that is more in line with your values. I have experience working with adults of all ages, couples, families, and adolescents. I have helped clients facing a range of presenting difficulties including anxiety, agoraphobia, ADHD, self-esteem issues, occupation stress, relationship concerns, and life transitions. Whatever you may be going through, we can work collaboratively to address it. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but I am here to meet you where you are.
