I’m a Counselling Psychologist shaped by work across diverse spaces - supporting undergraduates exploring identity and relationships, working with inmates around anger and guilt, supporting young adults through career and relationship questions, and facilitating self-help groups of visually impaired individuals. These experiences inform my critical lens: I see distress not only as individual struggle but also as shaped by social structures, power, culture, and lived realities. In therapy, I aim to create a space where you can speak honestly, question taken-for-granted narratives, and make sense of your experiences in ways that honour both your personal story and the contexts you live in; moving toward coping, clarity, and more empowering ways of relating.
