I have been working as a therapist for the past three years, supporting a diverse range of clients including children, young people, and adults from varied backgrounds. My experience also includes working with international clients across both Canada and the UK. I adopt a trauma-informed approach in my therapeutic practice, prioritising the creation of a safe, supportive space for each client.
