Leticia Ismael Penteado

I am a clinical psychologist with an academic Master's degree (completed) related to anxiety and attentional performance and two clinical specialisations in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Psychic Disorders and Pathologies. I have a holistic background that includes various tools such as Mindfulness, Meditation, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Currently, I am studying Analytical Psychology in the light of Carl Gustav Jung (new specialisation still in progress). I treat adults remotely with various complaints such as anxiety, depression, relationship problems, abusive relationships and trauma. My work is also focused on the search for personal values, meaning, and life purpose.
