I’m a mental health triage coach with postgraduate training in Health Psychology and real-world experience supporting adults through anxiety, low mood, stress, burnout, and life transitions. I currently work within NHS primary care mental health services, where I help people make sense of what they’re going through and take small, meaningful steps towards feeling more in control of their wellbeing. My style is supportive, practical, and collaborative. We’ll work together to understand what’s affecting you, set goals that actually feel doable, and build habits and coping tools that fit your life. I draw on evidence-based approaches such as CBT-informed techniques, motivational interviewing, and behaviour change strategies — always tailored to you, not a one-size-fits-all approach. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to talk openly and move forward at your own pace. Sessions available in English, and Malayalam (with conversational Tamil).
