Aditi Patni

Aditi is a thoughtful therapist who sees therapy as a shared walk through unfamiliar terrain—where theory offers direction and rapport becomes the compass. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Christ University, Bengaluru, and a Diploma in Art Therapy. Working primarily with ACT and CBT through a trauma-informed lens, she has over 300 hours of 1:1 counselling experience, supporting clients through anxiety, relational distress, and life transitions. Her work balances structure with genuine human connection, inviting reflection without pressure. Outside therapy, she enjoys music, films, fashion, and the occasional doom-scrolling.
