I’m Sujan Shetty, a Counselling Psychologist with a Master’s in Psychology at Amity University and Master’s in Social Work (Medical & Psychiatry) . I’ve conducted over 600+ counseling sessions and led mental wellness programs impacting 900+ participants, with a strong focus on Adolescent Counselling, SFT, Couple Counselling, Stress, Anxiety, Depression and mindfulness-based approaches.
