I provide trauma-informed, culturally sensitive counseling and offer faith-based integration upon request. Together, we work toward restoring the Whole You — Mind, Body, and Spirit. My integrative approach may include CBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment-Based Therapy, Play Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy, tailored to your unique needs.
