Unpaid Carers: I understand the unique exhaustion and "hidden" stress that comes with caring for a loved one. Young People (18+): Helping young adults navigate the pressures of identity, future-anxiety, and life changes. Stress & Anxiety: Providing practical tools and emotional support to help you find your footing when the world feels overwhelming. My Philosophy I don’t believe in a "one size fits all" approach.
