Ruriko Watanabe

Ruriko Watanabe, MA Licensed Clinical Psychologist / Certified Public Psychologist (Japan) Ruriko Watanabe holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of the Sacred Heart, Tokyo. After clinical training in sleep medicine clinics and a general hospital psychiatry department, she provided mental health counseling and corporate training for employees and their families for nearly ten years. She later studied in the United States at New York University, the Ackerman Institute for the Family, and the William Alanson White Institute, specializing in trauma, panic and anxiety disorders, addictions, family therapy, and eating disorders. In 2022, she founded Bibliothèque, a private counseling practice specializing in panic disorder, anxiety, and trauma care. Her clinical approach integrates EMDR, TFT, and psychodynamic psychotherapy. 臨床心理士／公認心理師 聖心女子大学文学部卒業、同大学大学院臨床心理学領域修了。 睡眠専門クリニック・総合病院精神科での臨床研修を経て、企業向けメンタルヘルス分野にて約10年間、カウンセリングおよび研修を担当。 渡米後、ニューヨーク大学、アッカーマン家族療法研究所、ウィリアム・アランソン・ホワイト研究所にて、トラウマ、パニック障害、依存症、家族療法、摂食障害を専門的に学ぶ。 帰国後、複数の専門カウンセリング機関での臨床・マネジメント経験を経て、 2022年「パニック障害・トラウマケア専門カウンセリングルーム ビブリオテーク」を開設。 EMDR、TFT、精神分析的アプローチを統合した臨床を行っている。
