I’m a Clinical Psychologist, Professor, and Doctor of Psychological Sciences with over 20 years of experience in therapy, teaching, and research. I support people who struggle with anxiety, chronic stress, emotional exhaustion, trauma, and loss of inner stability. My approach combines evidence-based psychology, mindfulness, and body-based techniques to help clients feel safe, grounded, and emotionally resilient again. In our work together, I create a space where healing feels both structured and deeply human.
