Garima Mahaur

With a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, I offer therapy that balances evidence-based frameworks with deep respect for individual stories and identities. I primarily work through a CBT lens, while incorporating somatic practices that gently bring attention to how experiences live within the body. I am trained to work affirmatively with LGBTQIA+ individuals and aim to create a space that feels safe, validating, and free from judgment. My intention is to walk alongside clients as they explore, heal, and build more supportive relationships with themselves.
