Kripa Raichel Mathew

I’m Kripa Mathew, a counseling psychology professional with experience supporting individuals across different developmental stages. I understand that emotional and psychological needs change with age and adapt my approach accordingly. Currently working as an Assistant Professor, I also conduct seminars and workshops, which has strengthened my communication and psychoeducation skills. My interest in EAP counseling comes from a passion for helping adults manage stress and emotional challenges, improving both their personal well-being and workplace effectiveness.
