I am a qualified CBT and integrative therapist who works in a welcoming, down to earth and natural way, helping clients feel at ease from the very beginning. With 20 years experience within HR Management, I bring excellent interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of people’s challenges, both personal and professional. Supporting others has always been central to who I am, and now, as a therapist, I am able to offer that support without limitations, helping clients explore, grow, and find ways forward that are meaningful to them.
