Sreena Pluck

I am a Gestalt psychotherapist offering individual psychotherapy, couples and relationship therapy, and specialist group work. My approach is relational, experiential, and rooted in the belief that meaningful change happens through awareness, contact, and honest connection — with ourselves and with others. I work with adults and couples experiencing a wide range of difficulties, with particular expertise in relationships and family dynamics. Many of the people I support are navigating grief and bereavement, addiction, eating disorders, low self-esteem and confidence issues, anxiety, and the impact of trauma, including sexual trauma. I also have extensive experience supporting clients through complex loss and life transitions. As a Gestalt therapist, I focus on what is happening in the present moment, while holding care and curiosity for past experiences that continue to shape patterns, emotions, and relationships. Therapy is a collaborative process, tailored to each individual or group, and grounded in respect, compassion, and authenticity. I aim to offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their experiences, deepen self-understanding, and develop new ways of relating — to themselves and to others — that feel more fulfilling, resilient, and alive.
