Abisola Odeyemi

As a licensed Clinical Psychologist in Nigeria, I provide evidence-based psychological care to individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, emotional regulation difficulties, and relationship challenges. My work is grounded in a compassionate, collaborative, and client-centred approach. I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed practices to support clients in building coping skills, improving emotional stability, and achieving sustainable wellbeing. I hold a certificate in Leadership and Management in Health from the University of Washington, which informs my work in structured mental health care, workplace wellbeing, and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) services. I have continued professional education in the assessment and treatment of disordered eating and experience providing individual therapy, group interventions, crisis support, and EAP-focused services. I am committed to creating a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space that supports healing, growth, and resilience.
