After completing my four-year undergraduate education at Yeditepe University (2013–2017), I worked with children with special needs. Since 2017, I have been providing psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, and adults. I completed my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Kent University (2018–2021). In 2021, I obtained a Play Therapy Practitioner Certificate from the Play Therapies Association. In my clinical practice, I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Schema Therapy. During my Master’s training, I completed comprehensive CBT-focused education, including case formulation, case analysis, and supervision, under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Mehmet Zihni Sungur and Dr. Anıl Gündüz. I have also completed my EMDR Therapy supervision through the Behavioral Sciences Institute and actively apply EMDR Therapy in my clinical work. For the past four years, I have been providing online psychotherapy services to clients both domestically and internationally. Additionally, for the last one year, I have been working in collaboration with a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician on cases involving Anal Dyssynergia, focusing on CBT-based psychological interventions and contributing to patients’ psychological and physical rehabilitation through an interdisciplinary approach.
