Mariusz Kibart

I am a certified Humanistic-Experiential Psychotherapist. In my practice, I combine a strong academic background (SWPS University, Intra School of Psychotherapy) with empathy and authenticity. I work with adolescents and adults, supporting them through life’s challenges and personal growth. I have a particular focus on digital well-being—helping those struggling with screen addiction and guiding parents in establishing healthy digital hygiene at home. On a personal note, I am a father of two teenage daughters and someone who genuinely loves his work.
