I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist providing compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy for adults experiencing emotional distress and mental health challenges. I work with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma (PTSD), stress, mood instability, personality difficulties, addiction, and psychotic symptoms. My therapeutic approach is tailored to your unique experience, goals, and pace. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore difficult thoughts and emotions, develop healthier coping strategies, and work toward meaningful and lasting change. Alongside my clinical training, I hold a Master’s degree in Applied Neuroscience, which allows me to integrate a deeper understanding of the brain, emotions, and behavior into therapy. This helps me explain symptoms in a clear, reassuring way and choose interventions that are grounded in both psychology and neuroscience. I have experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including supporting individuals during crisis periods and helping them build long-term recovery and resilience.
